$150,000 Platinum Card 9X Prize for Omaha Man

April 11, 2013 – John Leamen of Omaha won $150,000 playing the $15 Scratch game Platinum Card 9X from the Nebraska Lottery.

Leamen purchased his winning Platinum Card 9X ticket at Quik Trip, 13007 Q Street in Omaha. Scratching the ticket, he revealed three “SEVEN” symbols in Game 19 with a corresponding prize of $150,000.

There were three $150,000 top prizes available in Platinum Card 9X. Leamen was the third person to claim a top prize in the game. He plans to pay bills and complete some home improvements using his winnings.

Platinum Card 9X was a $15 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery that offered players the chance to win $3.2 million in cash prize from $15 to $150,000. The odds of winning the $150,000 top prize in Platinum Card 9X were 1 in 100,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize were 1 in 2.77.
