The Nebraska Lottery truly appreciates the opinions of our players. That's why MVP Club members can win cold hard cash just for completing a short web survey.

Players participating in the survey will view attributes for $2 Scratch games. Information and opinions offered will help create better games and promotions for our players. This survey will take at least 25 minutes to complete.

Nebraska Lottery MVP Club members will receive one contest entry for completing a survey at nelottery.com by the deadline on May 3. A drawing will be held by the Nebraska Lottery on Monday, May 4, to select winners. One first prize winner will receive their choice of three packs of Scratch tickets (a $900 value); one second prize winner will receive their choice of two packs of Scratch tickets (a $600 value); and one third prize winner will receive one pack of Scratch tickets (a $300 value).

Eugene Sempek Sr. of Omaha is the second winner of a 2015 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew Flex Fuel truck in the 20th edition of the Nebraska Lottery’s $2 Truck$ & Buck$ Scratch game.

Sempek recently purchased his winning Truck$ & Buck$ ticket at No Frills Supermarket, 4240 South 50th Street in Omaha. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching numbers in Game 3 for the corresponding truck prize.

Nebraska Lottery officials presented Sempek with his prize on Wednesday, April 1 at No Frills. “I’ve been playing Truck$ & Buck$ since the beginning, and this is the biggest thing I’ve won,” said Sempek. He learned he had won after scratching off the ticket at home. “I was in the other room and I screamed,” said Sempek. “My wife asked what was wrong, and I told her, ‘We’ve won a truck!’” In a case of perfect timing, the couple was considering replacing their current vehicle – a 2007 Ford F-150 – when Sempek purchased his winning Truck$ & Buck$ ticket.

The 20th edition of the Nebraska Lottery’s popular Truck$ & Buck$ Scratch game features the 2015 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew Flex Fuel truck as its top prize. Players have the opportunity to win one of three Ford F-150 trucks as well as $857,180 in cash and Ethanol-enriched fuel prizes. The truck prize is valued at $52,000, which includes $1,813 for costs associated with ownership and state and federal withholding paid by the Nebraska Lottery of $2,600 and $13,000, respectively. The odds of winning the top prize in Truck$ & Buck$ are 1 in 260,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.14.

In a drawing on March 26, five semifinalists were chosen for the Truck$ & Buck$ Second-Chance Giveaway. These finalists are:

• Steven Wilson of Lincoln;
• Renee Fry of Hastings;
• Janita Seaman of Seward:
• Tatjana Sutej of Omaha; and
• Kaewanani Colomban of Chappell.

The Truck$ & Buck$ Second-Chance Giveaway allows players to submit $10 worth of non-winning $2 Scratch tickets for a chance to win a 2015 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew Flex Fuel truck. Two preliminary drawings will be held in March and May to select a total of 10 semifinalists, who will compete at the Grand Prize drawing event on Saturday, June 6, during the Lincoln Saltdogs home baseball game. The next preliminary drawing will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2015.
