Mega MillionsWhen you're out on Black Friday, don't forget about shopping for your favorite lottery games! Buy a Mega Millions ticket on November 27, and you could have the chance to win a free Mega Millions play in the one-day Black Friday Surprise Ticket promotion.

A trailer ticket will be produced on every 10th, 70th, 135th, and 400th Mega Millions purchase across the state on Friday, November 27. The lottery terminal will sound and a trailer ticket will print following the purchased ticket each time the Nth purchase is triggered:

  • Every 10th ticket will create one free Mega Millions play good for the November 27 draw;
  • Every 70th ticket will create one free Mega Millions play good for the November 27, December 1, and December 4 draws;
  • Every 135th ticket will create one free Mega Millions play good for the November 27 – December 11 draws (5 total); and
  • Every 400th ticket will create one free Mega Millions play, good for the November 27 – December 29 draws (10 total).

The total cost, or number of plays of the Mega Millions purchase, does not determine the Nth ticket trigger – this is based solely on the number of Mega Millions transactions across Nebraska. Only one prize will be generated for the Nth purchase. For example, every 70th transaction will only trigger the 70th ticket prize and will not also trigger the 10th ticket prize. Additionally, every 400th purchase will only trigger the 400th ticket prize and will not also trigger the 10th, 70th, and 135th ticket prizes.
