We'd like to thank you for considering taking part in our opinion survey program. The Nebraska Lottery truly appreciates the input our players provide, and these opinions are used to better serve our customers in the future.

You may choose to participate by answering a series of survey questions about the Nebraska Lottery. All participants will be entered into a monthly drawing to win a prize with an estimated value of $500.

Players may only participate once per day, but may enter the contest multiple times through the promotion. Surveys must be completed within 15 days of the ticket purchase date. Previous entries will be discarded after each monthly drawing. Players wishing to enter in a subsequent month will need to enter for each drawing.

Each prize drawing will be held on or around 30 days following the start of the quarterly promotion. Currently, the monthly drawing prize is $500 cash. Click here to view past drawing winners.
