Who says 13 can't be a lucky number?

Through Friday, March 13, enter $13 worth of non-winning Nebraska Lottery $3 and $10 Scratch games for a chance to win $1,300.

MVP Club members will receive one entry in a drawing for each entry of a single, non-winning $3 Scratch ticket and a single, non-winning $10 Scratch ticket submitted though www.nelottery.com. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (C.T.) on March 13 for inclusion in this second-chance promotion. Players may enter this web contest multiple times, but qualifying non-winning ticket numbers may only be entered once.

A drawing will be held on Monday, March 16, 2009, to select a Top Prize winner of $1,300 and two Second Prize winners who will each receive 300 $1 Nebraska Lottery Scratch tickets.

$5 & $10 SCRATCH GAME SURVEY CONTEST

The Nebraska Lottery truly appreciates the opinions of our players. That's why MVP Club members can win cold hard cash just for completing a short web survey.

Players participating in the survey will view new $5 & $10 Scratch game concepts and select their favorite designs. Top designs overall may be created as future Nebraska Lottery Scratch games!

Nebraska Lottery MVP Club members will receive one contest entry for completing the survey at www.nelottery.com by the deadline on March 15, 2009. Every MVP Club member may enter the contest once. A drawing will be held by the Nebraska Lottery on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 to select the following prize winners:

• One First Prize of $1,000
• One Second Prize of $500
• One Third Prize of $250

NASCAR® SCRATCH GAME

The Nebraska Lottery has launched a new $2 Scratch game based on based on the #1 spectator sport in the United States: NASCAR®.

The NASCAR Scratch game offers players the chance to win one of two trips to a NASCAR sanctioned race, and $297,600 in cash prizes from $2 to $1,000.

The NASCAR trip prize, valued at $7,425, is a four-day, three-night trip for two to the winner's choice of any NASCAR sanctioned race in the 2009-2010 season. Each top prize trip includes coach airfare on a major airline for two from any U.S. continental airport, first-class hotel room or best accommodations, all ground transfers from the hotel and race track, reserved seating for two race days, a VIP package, and $500 in spending money.

The $2 NASCAR Scratch game is now available at all Nebraska Lottery retailers. The odds of winning the trip prize are 1 in 120,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.78.
