Nebraska Lottery November Update

HOLIDAY GAMES

This winter, the Nebraska Lottery is offering a new lineup of holiday-themed $1, $3, and $5 Scratch games perfect for holiday gift giving.

At the $1 price point is Season's Greetings. This quick-play game features a write-in area for the names of the giver and recipient, making it perfect for gift giving. At the $3 price point is The Dog, which features a grid search play style and artwork with dogs dressed for the holidays. Rounding out the trio of holiday games is $5 Peppermint Twist Big Bingo, an extended-play ticket which offers players twelve chances to win up to $40,000.

All three Scratch games will be available for a limited time during the holiday season, and are perfect as stocking stuffers, gifts for co-workers, or something fun for the person who already has everything. Envelopes for giving Nebraska Lottery tickets are available at Nebraska Lottery retailers or online at nelottery.com for members of the Nebraska Lottery MVP Club.

PALMS SECOND CHANCE TRIP DRAWING

Win a trip to Las Vegas in the Palms Second Chance Trip Drawing!

If your $2 Palms Scratch ticket contains an ENTRY symbol "" in the PLAY AREA, submit the serial number and box code from the ticket online at nelottery.com for a chance to win a trip to the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Entries will be accepted until two weeks following the official game closing announcement. The official game closing date and the Palms Second Chance Trip Drawing date will be available at nelottery.com.

A drawing will be held following the entry deadline to select one Palms Trip winner. The trip prize is valued at $6,000 (including federal and state withholding taxes) and includes:

• 4 days/3 nights accommodations in a double occupancy Junior Suite at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada;
• Coach airfare for two (2) on a major airline departing from Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska, or another international airport in the continental United States of the winner's choice, to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas;

HOLIDAY HOME THEATER SECOND CHANCE GIVEAWAY

Turn your home into the place to be on game day by entering the Holiday Home Theater Second Chance Giveaway!

Nebraska Lottery players can enter a non-winning $5 Scratch ticket for a chance to win a Nebraska-themed home theater package. Eligible tickets will be all $5 Scratch games on sale from November 15, 2009, through January 15, 2010, including but not limited to: Peppermint Twist Big Bingo (585), Super Crossword (552), Diamond Mine 9x (534), Spicy Hot 3s (535), World Series of Poker (583), and other eligible tickets. Entries will be accepted via mail or online for members of the Nebraska Lottery MVP Club. All entries must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (C.T.) on Friday, January 15, 2010.

There will be one drawing held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, to select three winners.

First Prize - Home Theater Package from Schaefer's in Lincoln, including:

• 73" Mitsubishi HDTV
• TV Base
• Two Nebraska Chairs
• LG Blu-Ray Home Theater System

Second Prize - $2,000
