Neligh Woman Wins $10,000 Playing Tree Trimming Treasures

Krisandra BeckmanKrisandra Beckman of Neligh won $10,000 playing the $2 Scratch game Tree Trimming Treasures from the Nebraska Lottery.

Beckman received her winning ticket as a gift from her husband, who purchased it at Casey’s General Store, 2640 West Norfolk Avenue in Norfolk. Scratching the ticket, she revealed matching numbers for a corresponding prize of $10,000.

There were three $10,000 top prizes available in Tree Trimming Treasures. Beckman was the third person to claim a top prize in the game.

Tree Trimming Treasures was a $2 Scratch game that offered players the chance to win $468,600 in cash prizes from $2 to $10,000. The odds of winning the top prize in Tree Trimming Treasures were 1 in 120,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize were 1 in 3.34.
