Sargent Man Wins $100,000 Playing Nebraska Gold 9X

Jeremiah WhiteJeremiah White of Sargent won $100,000 playing the $10 Scratch game Nebraska Gold 9X from the Nebraska Lottery.

White purchased his winning Nebraska Gold 9X ticket at Trotter’s Whoa & Go, 301 East Edith Street in Sargent. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching numbers with a corresponding prize of $100,000.

There were three $100,000 top prizes available in Nebraska Gold 9X. White was the third person to claim a top prize in the game.

While claiming his prize on October 15, White told Nebraska Lottery officials that he didn’t realize he had won at first. “I had to look at it again to make sure, and then I started screaming,” said White. He plans to pay bills and take a trip using his winnings.

Nebraska Gold 9X was a $10 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery that offered players the chance to win $2 million in cash prizes from $10 to $100,000. The odds of winning the top prize in Nebraska Gold 9X were 1 in 100,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize were 1 in 3.12.
