$66,000 Nebraska Pick 5 Jackpot for Omaha Woman

November 1, 2013 – Maria Diaz of Omaha recently won $66,000 playing Nebraska Pick 5 from the Nebraska Lottery.

Diaz received a free quick pick Nebraska Pick 5 ticket as a prize from a previous play at Pitstop, 4015 South 42^nd Street in Omaha. The two-play ticket contained one play with all five of the winning numbers (4, 6, 10, 15, 22) from the October 8 drawing for the $66,000 jackpot.

Two hundred and eighty-nine Nebraska Lottery players have won the Nebraska Pick 5 jackpot to date.

While claiming her prize on October 15, Diaz told Nebraska Lottery officials that she learned she had won after checking the winning numbers at the Nebraska Lottery website, nelottery.com. She said she was “surprised” to win the jackpot, and plans to pay bills using her winnings.
