June 13, 2012 – Henry Tullo of Alliance is the first winner of a 2012 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew Flex Fuel truck in the 17th edition of the Nebraska Lottery’s $2 Truck$ & Buck$ Scratch game.
Tullo recently purchased his winning Truck$ & Buck$ ticket at Git ‘N Split, 611 West 3rd Street in Alliance. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching numbers in Game 3 for the corresponding truck prize.
Nebraska Lottery officials presented Tullo with his prize on Wednesday, June 6 at Git ‘N Split. There are three Ford F-150 trucks available in Truck$ & Buck$. Tullo is the first person to claim a top prize truck to date.
The 17th edition of the Nebraska Lottery’s popular Truck$ & Buck$ Scratch game features the 2012 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew Flex Fuel truck as its top prize. Players have the opportunity to win one of three Ford F-150 trucks as well as $791,247 in cash and Ethanol-enriched fuel prizes. The truck prize is valued at $47,000, which includes $1,575 for costs associated with ownership and state and federal withholding paid by the Nebraska Lottery of $2,350 and $11,750, respectively. The odds of winning the top prize in Truck$ & Buck$ are 1 in 240,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.40.
Between April 16 and August 14, players who send in $10 worth of non-winning $2 Scratch tickets will be entered for a chance to win a 2012 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew Flex Fuel truck and a tailgate grill package. Three preliminary drawings will be held to select a total of 15 semi-finalists who will compete for cash prizes and the Ford F-150 truck at the Grand Prize drawing event on Sunday, August 26 at the Nebraska State Fair.
