You could win a 2010 Ford F-150 truck in the Pick 5 and Drive Giveaway!

Between August 26 and September 5, purchase a $5 Nebraska Pick 5 Lotto ticket and receive a trailer entry voucher to mail in to the Nebraska Lottery for a chance to win a 2010 Ford F-150 XLT Super Crew 4x4 Flex Fuel truck.

How to Play:

• Purchase a minimum $5 Nebraska Pick 5 single-ticket purchase to receive a trailer entry voucher.
• Eligible Nebraska Pick 5 tickets include:
  • Five draws for one play on a single ticket; and
  • Five plays for one draw on a single ticket.
• Eligible tickets purchased in multiples of $5 will receive subsequent trailer entry vouchers. For instance:
  • A $10 Pick 5 purchase will print two trailer entry vouchers.
  • A $20 purchase will print four trailer entry vouchers.

Completely fill out each earned trailer ticket and mail to:

Each individual trailer entry voucher must be in a separate sealed envelope.

Multiple entries may be mailed together in a larger envelope provided that each individual trailer entry voucher is in its own sealed envelope. The larger envelope must be clearly marked "Multiple Entries Enclosed."  Envelopes containing multiple entries, but not marked "Multiple Entries Enclosed," will not be opened so that their contents may be entered individually in the drawing.

 The Nebraska Lottery will not accept entries at any of their claim centers, retail locations, or at the Nebraska State Fair.

• Players may enter this promotion as often as they like.
• Entries will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (C.T.) on Monday, September, 19 2011. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the drawing and will be destroyed.
• Drawn entries that are illegible and/or incomplete will be destroyed and a new entry will be drawn.

Drawing:

There will be one drawing held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, in this giveaway to select three prizewinners:

Grand Prize: 2010 Ford F-150 truck featuring a 5.4L V8 EEF Flex Fuel engine, 6-speed automatic transmission, 17" aluminum wheels, tow package, fog lights, chrome running boards, AM/FM/CD stereo, power windows and door locks, cruise control, 6-way adjustable driver's seat, and bed liner. The truck prize is valued at $50,000, which includes $1,465 for costs associated with ownership and state and federal withholding of $2,500 and $12,500, respectively, paid by the Nebraska Lottery.

Third Prize: $1,000
