Omaha Woman Wins $2,400 Playing Solid Gold

July 27, 2009 – Judith Wilcoxson of Omaha won $2,400 playing the $1 Scratch game Solid Gold from the Nebraska Lottery.

Wilcoxson purchased her winning Solid Gold ticket at Super Store, 8204 Harrison Street in La Vista. Scratching the ticket, she revealed three matching dollar amounts for a corresponding prize of $2,400.

There are four $2,400 top prizes available in Solid Gold. Wilcoxson is the first person to claim a top prize to date.

Solid Gold is a $1 Scratch game that offers players the chance to win $406,400 in cash prizes from $1 to $2,400. The odds of winning the $2,400 top prize in Solid Gold are 1 in 180,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 4.15.
