From Friday, February 13 through Friday, March 13, enter $13 worth of non-winning Nebraska Lottery $3 and $10 Scratch games for a chance to win $1,300.

MVP Club members will receive one entry in a drawing for each entry of a single, non-winning $3 Scratch ticket and a single, non-winning $10 Scratch ticket submitted though www.nelottery.com. The ticket numbers from the non-winning tickets must be entered between the dates of February 13 through March 13, 2009, to be eligible. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (C.T.) on March 13 for inclusion in this second-chance promotion.

A drawing will be held on Monday, March 16, 2009 to select a Top Prize winner of $1,300 and two Second Prize winners to each receive 300 $1 Nebraska Lottery Scratch tickets.

Serial number example The 12-digit ticket serial number is displayed on the back of the ticket above the barcode. The boxed 3-digit number is located under the latex on the front of each ticket.

Players may enter this web contest multiple times, but qualifying non-winning ticket numbers may only be entered once.

Winners will be contacted by a Nebraska Lottery representative following the drawing. The actual tickets from which numbers are submitted may be required for contest prize verification, and should be retained until the contest has ended and prizes have been awarded.
