Lincoln Woman Wins $1,000 Sea Treasures Prize

March 18, 2008 – Marcie Berry of Lincoln won $1,000 playing the $5 Scratch game Sea Treasures from the Nebraska Lottery.

Berry purchased her winning Sea Treasures ticket at Casey's General Store, 1140 N 48th St in Lincoln. Scratching the ticket, she revealed matching symbols for a corresponding $1,000 prize.

There are three $1,000 prizes available in Sea Treasures. Berry is the second person to claim a $1,000 prize to date.

Sea Treasures is a $5 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery that offers players the chance to win $815,880 in cash prizes from $5 to $50,000. The odds of winning $1,000 playing Sea Treasures are 1 in 80,000 while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.56.
